About
"We’ll fix it in post!” With a background as a filmeditor and years of experience cutting feature films, documentaries, and television programs, I know how to tell a story through moving image and sound. Learning to live with, and often cleaning up after, the famous “We’ll fix it in post” mindset, I’ve seen just about everything that can go wrong earlier in the process pass through the editing room. It’s given me a pretty sharp sense of what actually needs to happen in pre-production and production to make the film work. My love for the shot (whether photo or film) is almost as strong as my love for strong narrative film editing, but what I enjoy most is talking about the why behind it all.
